To Schedule an Appointment
Please call the number above corresponding to the location you would like to schedule the appointment during our normal business hours. If this is for an after hours emergency, please click here for more information.
Have the client's First and Last Names and Pet's Name available, as well as the reason for the appontment (for example, 'needs vaccines' or 'has a bad cough'). If you would like to see a specific veterinarian, please specify one at this time.
If you have never been to this office or it has been over three years you will need to allow an additional 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork. If you have any paperwork for your pet such as vaccination records from another veterinarian, please bring them with you as it will allow our staff to better serve you and your pet.
To Refill a Prescription
Call (925)757-3167 to refill a prescription from Antioch Veterinary Hospital or (925)757-4814 to refill a prescription from Antioch Veterinary Clinic. Please note that you must call the facility where you had the medication(s) prescribed, not the facility you wish to pick it up. If you wish to have a prescription filled at a different location, please specify that in your message. Also be ready to leave your Name, Pet's Name, Medication Name, Strength (for example, 100mg), Ammount (for example, 30 capsules or 4mL), and any other information that is relevent to the refill request.
